Imperial’s 12" Wide Add-a-Unit Gas Hot Top delivers superb performance and reliability for high-volume commercial kitchens. Built from high-quality stainless steel,The Hot Top features one highly polished 12"W x 28"D (305 x 711 mm) plate that provides even heat across the entire surface. The "U" shaped burner provides 30,000 BTU’s (9KW). Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included.
